On 28 August 2024, volunteers past and present were invited to the Community Centre for an informal supper and celebration of their volunteering work. It was lovely to see so many faces, and particularly heartwarming to introduce to each othervolunteers who’d not had the chance to chat before because their paths had not crossed.
We enjoyed a drink or two and a delicious vegetarian chilli courtesy of Debra and Laura, followed by a fabulous cheesecake made by Alison and chocolates brought by Ros. See how these things come together? Volunteers!
