Main Hall
The main hall is a great space for parties or any large function (when permitted). It can also be used for some low impact exercise groups (though no balls are allowed).
Details: Timber floor. Can be used alongside the Small Hall for additional capacity and access to the kitchen. There is a hatch from the kitchen into the Main Hall.
Capacity: 150 people (200 with Small Hall)

Function cost per hour for the Main, Small Hall and Kitchen (preparation only):
£36 weekdays – £45 from 6pm and weekends

Small Hall
A light, warm room – great for intimate parties, workshops and meetings, or quiet exercise groups such as Tai Chi.
Details: Timber floor. Folding doors give access to the Main Hall to provide additional capacity. There is access to the kitchen and Meeting Room 2.
Capacity: 30 people
Dimensions: L 6.5m x W 6.5m x H 2.5m
Function cost per hour for the Small Hall and Kitchen (preparation only):
£20 weekdays – £25 from 6pm and weekends.
For heating food and cooking, please add £5.

Kitchen
A clean spacious kitchen for making a quick cuppa or a birthday party banquet! 5* hygiene rating from Haringey Council.
Details: Stainless steel work-tops, two ovens, two-ring cast iron solid top hob, two fridge freezers, microwave, water boiler and double sink. Serving hatch to the Main Hall. Children under 11 not allowed in the kitchen.

Gym
The Gym is a great, flexible and very light space for sports and fitness activities of all kinds. It has fixed basketball hoops and court markings for basketball and badminton.
Details: Wooden floor. Adjacent accessible toilet and close changing rooms with toilets and showers.
Capacity: 250 people
Dimensions: L 22m x W 12m
Occasional Hire cost per hour for the Gym:
£30 weekdays – £39 from 6pm and weekends

Meeting Room 1
A meeting and therapy room perfect for small meetings, wellbeing clinics, massage and counselling. Sound from school playground can be heard occasionally on weekdays.
Details: Timber floor. Two armchairs, four tables and twelve timber chairs.
Screens and therapy beds available to hire.
Capacity: 12 people
Dimensions: L 5.6m x W 3.3m x H 2.2m

£15 weekdays – £18 from 6pm and weekends

Meeting Room 2
A bright room currently set up as a working classroom, with paintings and wall hangings. Suitable for small meetings or as a breakout or changing space.
Details: Linoleum floor, adjoins the Small Hall for additional capacity.
Capacity: 10 people
Dimensions: L 4.5m x W 4m x H 2.5m
Cost per hour for Meeting Room 2:
£15 weekdays – £18 from 6pm and weekends

Small Office
Our snug small office is perfect for one-to-one therapy or wellbeing sessions, or as an occasional use office space.
Details: Linoleum floor; currently set up with a desk and office chair, and two armchairs.
Capacity: 2-3 people
Cost per hour for the Small Office:
£8 weekdays – £8 from 6pm and weekends

Parties/Events:
To book a party or one off event, call or email to check availability on your date and complete the Event Booking Form in full to make a provisional booking. We will send you an invoice and only when the invoice is paid in full, including a breakages deposit (50% of booking total or £250 for large evening parties), will the booking be secured.
